Appointments Are Required at Our Shot Clinic
Walk-ins are not permitted unless specifically approved by a provider. If you do not have a scheduled appointment, please call ahead to discuss your needs. Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes past their scheduled shot appointment time will be asked to reschedule.

I’m an established patient, and currently go to one of your offices to get allergy shots. Am I able to change the office that my shots are currently administered at?
Our office requires that patients choose one of our offices that best works for them to receive allergy shot treatment. We understand that sometimes things change, under extenuating circumstances will we allow for a patient to transfer their vials to another one of our shot clinic locations. We allow only ONE courtesy transfer per patient’s allergy shot regime.
